Stas’ passion for the Real Estate industry began in 2007 when his family moved, searching for one of Bucks County’s top school districts. He was 11 years old at the time, but that did not stop him from having a say on what homes his family was going to look at within budget. After high school, Stas worked his way through college, graduated with a Corporate Finance degree from Temple University, and began his real estate career in 2019.
Since expanding his business into the Great Philadelphia area, Stas has nearly tripled his real estate business using his trusted relationships with family and friends. What clients say they appreciate most about working with Stas is his ability to place himself in his client's shoes and understand the motive at hand. His goal is to build long-term relationships with each of his clients so they are comfortable reaching out for anything, whether it be lifestyle, restaurant openings, his favorite recipes, or any of your real estate needs. By getting to know his clients on a personal level, he allows his clients to focus on what's most important to them, and more importantly take the extra stresses that come with buying and selling, off of their shoulders and get the job done with their best interest in mind. Stas’ knowledge of the Greater Philadelphia Area has allowed him to help his clients in all diverse locations. Stas currently focuses on Philadelphia, Bucks, Montco, Delco, and Chester Counties.
When he's not negotiating favorable terms for your deal, Stas loves to be exploring new places to travel to with his girlfriend, Devon. He enjoys the finer things in life like staying in and watching a movie, eating sour candy, visiting his parents and pup, Archie, in Bucks County or finding Philly's hottest new restaurant to dine at. When he's not searching for the next hot restaurant, you can find Stas at his favorite local happy hour ordering a frozen margarita at Sancho's in Fishtown.
