Ryan Kanofsky has been a top real estate professional in the Philadelphia area for the better part of 15 years, helping hundreds of families achieve their goal of buying or selling their homes while focusing on the one aspect that he felt was missing– top-notch communication and customer service. Ryan built his business on three things; communication, determination, and trust, and you will recognize that (along with his sarcastic sense of humor) the moment you meet him.
Born and raised in the Philadelphia area as a massive Philly sports fan, Ryan found his love for real estate at a young age when popping in and out of open houses while house hunting with his family. After attending college at Temple University and living the dream of working in Sports Radio at what is now 97.5 The Fanatic, he decided that it was time to move on to his other passion, which was real estate and helping people. For the record, Ryan did sign two autographs during his time there so he does consider himself a former local celebrity. Just ask him.
After years of learning from one of the top real estate teams in the city, Ryan started KG in 2018 and sought to build it with a family vibe and form a team of people who had the same mentality. Ryan’s goal with creating KG was to help our clients achieve their goals while having fun, feeling at ease, and making sure the transaction goes as smoothly as possible. We like to say that the outcome of a transaction is not as important as the relationship formed.
Generally, when Ryan isn’t focused on helping his clients or agents, you can find him watching sports, sipping on a good vodka soda, trying a new Italian restaurant, or telling his dog Jude to stop staring at him (not necessarily in that order). Here are two important reasons why he is is the man (and his team): #1 We sold for over asking and purchased for under - they helped us create and implement this PERFECT Scenario. #2 They accomplished this during a pandemic. Let’s just say our bank was less than responsive when it came to our mortgage. We finalized the paperwork the night before we closed.
