While people often think that price is determined by the agent or the seller, it's really determined by the market conditions. We do unique and extensive research to make sure that we effectively price your property and sell it for the most money, in the shortest amount of time.

We figure out the average number of showings it will take to get an offer and will figure out what price point has the most showings to make sure that your property is seen. From there, we will collaboratively come up with a listing price and then closely monitor it to make sure we are continuously getting people in the door.
