When the season opens, log back in and pick one team to win. That's the whole move, every week, until you're the last one left. Here are the dates that matter.

Season kicks off
The NFL opener. The board goes live.
Sun, Sept 13 · 1:00 PM ET
Make your Week 1 pick
Pick before your team kicks off. A Thursday team locks Thursday. The Sunday slate locks at 1:00.
Tue, Sept 15
First recap lands
Who survived, who's out, and the first DoorDash winner. Every Tuesday from here on.
The rules, in one place
Bookmark this.
•One team a week. They win, you survive. They lose, you're out.
•Never reuse a team all season. Spend your good ones wisely.
•Picks lock at kickoff. Miss a week with no pick and it counts as a loss.
•A tie counts as a survive. If your team ties, you live to pick another week.
•One life. No buy-backs, no mulligans, no second chances.
•Two left after Week 18? The pool rolls into the playoffs, all teams reset, last one standing takes it.
Even if you go out early
Every week, one eliminated player wins a DoorDash card, drawn at random from that week's casualties. Losing has its perks, so stick around for the recap.
Watch your inbox
We run this whole thing by email. Pick reminders before each week, and the Tuesday recap with the survivor count and the raffle winner. It all comes from Ryan at KG, so make sure it lands in your main inbox, not promotions.
