Jason Driscoll, known as Jay, grew up in Bensalem, Pennsylvania, just outside of Northeast Philadelphia. Coming from a blue-collar family, he was the youngest of four siblings. Jay's family instilled the values of hard work and striving for excellence in everything they pursued. Early on, the family faced hardships, including the foreclosure of their childhood home, leading to frequent moves. Despite these challenges, Jay's mother, who battled cancer, exemplified selflessness and prioritized the family's well-being. Her strength, resilience, intelligence, and unwavering love profoundly influenced Jay, shaping his character and career choices.

After graduating from Bensalem High School in 2015, Jay pursued an associate's degree in Criminal Justice at Bucks County Community College. He later transferred to Temple University, where he completed his undergraduate studies and earned a Bachelor's degree. During college, Jay lived with his girlfriend Nicole, along with their pets, in an off-campus apartment. Both worked at nearby restaurants, with Jay managing a hoagie and cheesesteak quick-service establishment. In 2019, Jay and the restaurant owner opened a second location in Center City, Philadelphia, which thrived until its unfortunate closure due to the pandemic and other factors. Seeking a new direction, Jay briefly worked as a manager at Aldi but realized that corporate culture didn't align with his desire for freedom and creative fulfillment. Recognizing his passion for helping others and a knack for real estate, Jay embarked on a career in that field in 2021.

Motivated and determined, Jay completed real estate school and obtained his license within one month. He joined KW Philly, the top brokerage in Philadelphia, partnering with the Kanofsky Group. Discovering a personal connection with the team lead, Ryan, from their shared elementary school days, Jay knew he had found the right fit. With over a year of experience in real estate, Jay is delighted with his decision, cherishing the opportunity to assist more than a dozen clients and continually improve.
