Not only did he help sell my house in 1 day but he was there anytime i called in search of answers only a seasoned agent would be  able to answer. Significant amount of enthusiasm and energy

I feel that he is a 'real person' rather than a facade of appearance that is polite and austere. And he brings a significant amount of enthusiasm and energy with him where ever he goes, that really helped in getting through all the details of a real estate transaction, which can become tiresome quickly. Even with his enthusiasm and energy, he never felt pushy, and I'm happy to say I still talk with him periodically despite purchasing my house in '10.

Always available for questions and concerns

My husband and I worked with Ryan when buying our first house. He is a very hands-on realtor and is always available for questions and concerns. He is extremely knowledgeable regarding information about builders in Philadelphia. Between signing the AOS and moving in (7-month process), Ryan was with us every step of the way. He attended all walkthroughs and provided stellar contacts for the mortgage and home inspections. Even after the settlement, Ryan was available and responsive and helped us get through the first couple of weeks of homeownership. Can't say enough positive things about Ryan. Highly recommend.

Great experience working with him

Ryan was fantastic when helping us to buy our first home. He knew the neighborhood (grad hospital) well and really listened to what was important to me and my husband. After each house we talked about what we liked and did not like, so he was able to show us exactly what we wanted after a few houses. I never felt pressured by Ryan, and he did not try to upsell me out of my budget. He led us through the whole process from start to finish, and for the first time buyers, his expertise on the whole process was invaluable. I can't say enough nice things about what a great experience working with him was.

I’ve been working with this company for a few months now. I can definitely say they are 100% committed to helping you with anything you need during the whole process, and they are very professional. My realtor Danielle was AMAZING!!!! She has been walking me through this since February and through COVID. My credit wasn’t the best at first, but they worked with me and got it to where it needed to be. I was always in the loop with everything and there were no surprises. This has been a wonderful experience, and I was able to close on the home I wanted. I would highly recommend this company, they are definitely the real deal!!!!!
