KG March Madness Bracket (3/2023)
Our favorite event of the year.
This past March, we held our annual March Madness Bracket Invitational, where our friends and past clients participated in a riveting bracket over the course of 3 weeks. Upsets and underdogs galore, our favorite part about this event is the less you know the better (like that Tame Impala song). Our winner this year walked away with a $150 gift card to their Defined Hospitality restaurant of choice. Stay tuned March 2024 to see what our prizes will be next year!

KG held a webinar with Chris Strauss from NFM Lending, where we helped you take the first step toward homeownership. We had an educational and interactive session and provided valuable insights and expert advice on the home-buying process. KG Client Appreciation (2/2023)
Our Annual 'Thank You' Event
KG recently threw an epic party to show appreciation for their amazing clients! Guests had a blast at Harp + Crown, indulging in yummy bites and sipping on delicious cocktails, before heading over to the lanes for a night of non-stop bowling fun. It was a wonderful way for the Kanofsky team to connect with their clients and celebrate their long-standing relationships. The team is already looking forward to next year's event and can't wait to see the turnout!
KG Pet Costume Contest (10/2022)
Benefitting Philly PAWS
We love our furry friends, and we love them even more during Halloween season because we get to dress them up in silly costumes. That's why this year, we ran our annual KG Pet Costume Contest.
We also ran a fundraiser on our Facebook page benefitting our favorite local animal welfare society, Philly PAWS. We raised over $500 by the end of this year’s contest!
KG Survivor Pool 2022 (9/2022)
Every year when football season kicks off, we run our Survivor Pool. What is Survivor Pool? Check out our blog post here outlining the basics.
This year, our Survivor Pool ran for 6 weeks, and we declared our winner on 10/17. Congratulations to our namesake winner, BornToWin, you absolutely were born to win.
Home Buying Happy Hour w/ Guaranteed Rate & ValueGuard Inspection (8/2022)
Our friends joined us for drinks, d'oeurves, and a damn good Q&A session answered by your trusted agents at KG, as well as two of our preferred partners back at the Sculpture Courtyard. What can we say, that space is awesome.
KG BBQ (7/2022)
2022 has been an awesome year so far, and it wouldn't be possible for us to be where we are without our clients. We wanted to celebrate that.
We hung out and partook in an exciting game-filled afternoon at The Sculpture Courtyard in Fishtown. Thank you to everyone who came out to enjoy the delicious catering, refreshing drinks, and interesting weather. We had a blast.
